Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our platform, you have 30 calendar days to request a complete refund on your subscription from the date you activated it. To request a refund, please contact us at with the email address you used to sign up.
We limit one refund per customer per product. If you've already been refunded for a membership in the past, you are not eligible for another refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at . When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- After your subscription expires, you keep access to free content but lose access to paid content.
- Your progress and achievements are saved and will be restored if you resubscribe.
Cancellation is different from a refund. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments. If you want a refund, see the Refunds section above.
